From the onset of me starting with Gattaca the support has been phenomenal. The training academy was packed full of knowledge regarding recruitment and over the 3 weeks we were given every bit of equipment, information, knowledge and most importantly guidance and support to succeed. Since then, I have had even more support in my day to day from team leaders Kieran and Gary, who have been fantastic at ensuring I have been on track and supported at every turn, further to this they have taken a personal interest in supporting me with outside of work goals and mentoring me through not just a work transition but a life transition too. We are all part of each others journey and success making it an extremely positive working environment to be in and that goes a long way towards being quite possibly the best place I have ever worked at.

I have been with Gattaca for around 18 months working as part of the Energy division. Though I joined mid way through COVID and spent the first 3 months working from home I immediately felt like a valued member of the team. The training provided at Gattaca is second to none and your colleagues are always available to provide support and guidance where needed. There are clear progression goals with achievable targets and a strong commission structure, all in all a fantastic place to work

Having attended the Gattaca Academy it boosted my confidence, increased my knowledge and allowed me to remove any doubt I had in my ability to succeed. Under the guidance of a very knowledgeable, fun and sincere Jeff Walker there was only one result. The sessions were interesting, captivating and most of all fun.
