We want Gattaca to be a fun place for everyone, where our staff feel rewarded for their hard work. We make sure there’s plenty of activities planned across the business, so you’ll always have something to get involved in and look forward to, either virtually or in person.
We continue looking for new ways to celebrate the achievements of our teams, and recognise the hard work of individuals, whether it’s vouchers, team lunches, days out, or even trips abroad.
We hold an annual awards ceremony for colleagues to celebrate our achievements, including awards like ‘living the values’, ‘contributor of the year’, ‘leader of the year’ and ‘newcomer of the year’.

Gattaca will provide you with a pot of budget in your annual enrolment window known as the benefit allowance (0.5% of your salary), to put towards the benefits of your choosing, just some of which include:
